Warm up Dynamic stretching, rolled, 10 walking lunges, 20 air squats, 10 more walking lunges 2x10 GHD sit ups 15# GHR Workout – MC *makeup from yesterday* 10 rounds 10 push ups 100 meter sprint (which quickly turned into more of a jog…need to work on sprints Time: 8:53 Post 60 second plank 60 second left plank 60 second right plank Today was supposed to be a rest day – as stated on our workout calendar – but I felt like I needed to make up for not going 100% yesterday. We were both extremely tired this week. All this waking up super early and having late classes/other commitments is exhuasting. Hopefull will get some good rest this weekend. Happy Friday!
