Late lunch at 2:45…school all day again
-          Diet coke (damn print studio)
-          Salad (need to start packing a lunch)

Today was supposed to be a rest day – as stated on our workout calendar – but I felt like I needed to make up for not going 100% yesterday.  Felt better today, not great, but good enough to do something.

Ashley: 11:00pm-5:15am (dog woke us up at 3:30 with his crazy noises…couldn’t get back to sleep for a while)
Gerard: 11:00pm-5:15am

We were both extremely tired this week.  All this waking up super early and having late classes/other commitments is exhuasting.  Hopefull will get some good rest this weekend.  Happy Friday!
