Meal Description

-          3 eggs
-          2 piece turkey bacon
-          Coffee
-          2 oz chicken
-          4 eggs and 2 egg whites
-          3 pieces turkey bacon
-          Coffee
-          1.5 oz almonds
Lunch
At 1:30
-          Hamburger with cheese (leftover from last night) on spinach salad with goat cheese and gluten free, sugar free, fat free calorie free dressing
-          2 oz chicken
-          coffee
-          hamburger with cheese
-          4 oz chicken
-          Broccoli
Snack
-          6 oz chicken
Dinner
-          ½ bag of peanut m&ms that Gerard got for Vday
-          9 oz chicken with cheese and curry peppers
-          ½ bag of peanut m&ms

Dynamic stretching, rolled, 10 walking lunges, 10 air squats, 10 jumping squats, 10 burpees, 10 GHD sit ups, 10 GHRs, 5 back squats 45#, lots of pass throughs with pbc pipe, 5 overhead squats with pbc pipe, 5 with 45#

AMRAP in 10 min

Completed 8 full rounds – tried to get squats on round 9 but couldn’t balance
