-          9 oz chicken

-          9 oz chicken and curry broccoli @ 4:00
-          Turkey bacon and some more turkey bacon
Dinner
-          9oz chicken and cheese

Felt really worn out, sore and weak today, took it easy and skipped planned MC…will see how tomorrow looks.
