Day 47

Friday February 18, Day 47


We went out of town today!  We went to visit Gerard’s mother and she had awesome snacks for us.  She’s the sweetest lady.  She always buys rice crackers when I come to visit because she knows I can’t have regular gluten crackers.  My own mother doesn’t do that!  So we ate lots of cheese this week…and will continue to do so throughout the weekend as we’re making our nachos for her tomorrow night. 
Lots of driving and lots of drinking diet soda with caffeine…oh well.  Next week is a new week.

- ½ Cornish hen baked
- olives, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and onion
- diet ginger ale

- late night snack – 3 rice crackers and pub cheese
