Day 40

Friday  February 11, Day 40
It’s my favorite day of the week again.  Knowing that I get to sleep in tomorrow (even if it is only until 7:00) and am going to eat dairy with reckless abandon this evening – probably shouldn’t  post that – makes it even more awesome that it’s Friday.  It’s been a tough, busy week for both of us.

Fasted for about 14 hours
-          3 eggs
-          2 piece turkey bacon
-          Coffee
-          2 oz chicken
-          5 eggs
-          3 pieces turkey bacon
-          Coffee
-          1.5 oz almonds
Lunch
-          Diet coke
-          Small spinach salad with chicken cranberries and cheese
-          9 oz chicken
-          Broccoli
Snack
-          5 almonds
-          ¼ apple

Dinner
-          Nachos, tortilla chips, cheese, chicken, salsa, guacamole, yogurt
-          Wine

-          Low fat, sugar free ice cream with baked cinnamon apples
-          Nachos, tortilla chips, cheese, chicken, salsa, guacamole, yogurt
-          Corona lights
