Days 48 and 49


Saturday February 19 Day 48

We skipped breakfast and took the dogs to the park for a run.  We were all extremely hungry when we got back.  Spent the day running around town shopping and walking around the flea market.  The weather was beautiful!  We made our weekend nachos for Gerard’s mom and she loved them.  What’s not to love though?

- 3 egg omelet with chicken and olives, artichoke hearts, onion, sundried tomatoes and cheese
- coffee with ½ and ½

Snack
- 1 oz chocolate almond butter (wow!)
- diet coke
- 1.5 oz nuts, cranberries and raisins
- clif bar
- diet coke
- coffee with cream
Dinner
- nachos
- soy/flaxseed tortilla chips, shredded chicken, pineapple salsa, greek yogurt, low fat cheese, olives, guacamole
- wine
- nachos
- soy/flaxseed tortilla chips, shredded chicken, pineapple salsa, greek yogurt, low fat cheese, olives, guacamole
- corona lights
- 1 glass wine

Sunday February 20, Day 49

Lazy Sunday morning and long drive home.  We capped off a weeks worth of cheese binging with fajitas that may as well have been nachos because we had chips too.  I need to remind myself that cheese isn’t paleo and neither is diet coke so I won’t be having either except during cheat meals.  There, I’m committed.
