Day 32

Thursday February 3
Meal Description

-          1.5 oz almonds
Lunch
-          2 eggs
-          ¼ cup spinach
-          9oz shredded chicken
-          Broccoli
Snack
-          ½ cucumber
-          4 oz shredded chicken

Dinner
Was going to fast…then Gerard brought home frozen yogurt…and that idea went out the window
-          1 cup frozen yogurt
-          9oz shredded chicken

-          1.5 cups frozen yogurt and blueberries

Stretched, rolled, dynamic stretching, 10 jumping lunges, 10 air squats, 10 push ups, 10 walking lunges, 10 GHD sit ups with 10#, 10 GHR, 5 squats 45# bar

Workout
AMRAP in 20 minutes
5 burpees
10 push ups
15 sit ups
20 squats

Got 10 full rounds and 5 burpees, 10 push ups, 15 sit ups and 3 squats of round 11
(did GHD sit ups for the first round, switched to anchored feet sit ups after that)

Ashley: 10:30 – 2:00am (couldn’t sleep) finally slept from 4:00-5:25am
Gerard: 10:30-5:25am (on and off as well)

Have a great weekend!  I'm looking forward to pajamas, blankets, quesadillas, wine and a movie on the couch tonight!  It's too dang cold for anything else and this week has been craaaaaazy.
