Meal Description

-          2 eggs 2 egg whites
-          3 pieces turkey bacon
-          Coffee

-          Diet coke at 11:00 (print studio is ruining me with my diet coke addiction…everyone there lives on diet coke and cigarettes…I guess diet coke isn’t so bad in comparison)
-          4 eggs 2 egg whites
-          3 pieces turkey bacon
-          Coffee
-          1.5 oz almonds
Lunch
@ 2:30
-          Best salad ever…(was on campus and HUNGRY) chicken, dried cranberries, walnuts, goat cheese, mixed baby greens and balsamic vinaigrette
-          9 oz shredded chicken
-          brocoli
Snack
-          Tortilla chips
Dinner
-          Quesadilla – chicken, cheese, salsa, guacamole, yogurt
-          6 tortilla chips
-          wine
-          quesadilla – chicken, cheese, salsa, guacamole, yogurt
-          tortilla chips
-          corona lights
