Dynamic stretching, 10 walking lunges, 10 air squats, 10 push ups, pbc passthroughs, gerards core warm up, 10 GHD sit ups, 10 burpees

5 OHS 55#
5 pull ups
5 burpees
time: 7:21
back is hurt, rehab workout back extensions, reverse hypers, GHD's, Good Mornings, body weight squats, lunges, planks.. 10 reps of each for 2 rounds
Post Workout
3x30 second hollow rocks
