- curry coconut broccoli and peppers

-chicken nachos with tortilla chips, cheese, salsa, olives, and yogurt
-3 corona lights
- 1.5 glasses wine
- ½ dark chocolate bar

I worked out twice today!  HA!  (to make up for chocolate and nachos I knew I would eat later...)  No truthfully, I just got back from running the Ajax and felt really good so I decided to do another short workout, which was pretty much a crossfit workout called Cindy, but with knees to elbows instead of pull ups, which I had done earlier.  Fun stuff!

I'm working all weekend...oh well.  Happy Friday!
