Hi!



We are Ashley and Gerard, and like most Americans, we fell off the nutrition wagon after Thanksgiving. Now that the holidays are over, we’ve decided it’s time to clean things up a bit and get back to eating and exercising the way we used to.  For our own benefit, and for the friends and family that think we’re crazy and give us funny looks at meal time, we will be documenting our workouts and daily food intake. 

We are not nutritionists nor do we hold useless degrees which preach diets that fail and exercise that has led our society to obesity. We are however extremely fit individuals with busy schedules who are passionate about health. Any nutritional advice we post will be based on a cited source or simply be a real world occurrence of what we actually do and what works. Any workouts we post are chosen by us based on our personal fitness goals, and the amount of weight used for certain exercises is based on our own level of fitness and strength.  All posted workouts are scalable based on an individual’s physical abilities.  These abilities need to be determined carefully to avoid serious injury. 
In other words…if you want to try out some of the stuff we’re doing, go for it, but if you’re new to olympic weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, or exercise in general please take it slow.
