Still have the flu.  Walking to and from class almost did me in today.
I really miss working out.  Hate being sick.

Had to workout late (9pm) quick foam roll dynamic warm up.
BS 10-165 60% 8-180 (70%) 6- 195 (75%) 210-4 (80%)
FS 135*5 (60%) 3x5 @ 165 (70%)
all sets followed by 3 box jumps.

With the exception of honey and diet ginger ale (both of which were necessary by the way) I've eaten pretty well over the past 3 days.  On Tuesday I didn't eat anything after about 11:30am.  I did have some tea.  I ate a lot of calories for breakfast and lunch.  Probably more than I usually eat because I was expecting to be gone for a few hours for classes and wanted to eat early in case it made me feel really sick, and wanted to eat enough to get me through what I needed to do.  Wednesday I ate almost as much as I normally eat, with the addition of tea and honey and diet ginger ale.  I woke up this morning (Thursday, January 20) and I am 3 pounds lighter than I was on Sunday morning.  We'll see if that's a fluke or not, but I've done a gratuitous amount of laying in bed over the past two days, only walking about a mile to and from classes each day.  I've been drinking more liquid than usual, but other than fasting for 20 hours between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning, I've done nothing to warrant losing 3 pounds.  Yes, I'm positive we don't burn twice as many calories fighting the flu either (wouldn't that be nice?).  Even if my metabolic rate did increase a little it wouldn't be enough to shed that much weight in 2 days, and I haven't been doing any of my usual activities.  I've just been lying on my back.  We'll see what happens with that.  I'm just happy to feel like a human again.  Eggs tasted like eggs this morning instead of just mush.
