Day 15

Tuesday January 18, Day 15

Meal Description
Ashley
Gerard
Breakfast/morning snack
-          5:00am – tea with honey and lemon for cough
-          3 eggs, 3 eggwhites
-          2 pieces turkey bacon
-          1/5 avocado
-          More tea
-          4 eggs
-          3 pieces turkey bacon
-          1.5 oz almonds
-          coffee
Lunch
-          choked down 2 more eggs and some eggwhites
-          3 pieces of turkey bacon
-          MORE tea  (at 11:30)
-          1.5 cup veggies
-          9 oz baked chicken
-          Water
Snack
-          Air borne
-          3 Advil
-          1.5 oz almonds
Dinner
-          8 oz chicken
-          1.5 cups veggies

Definitely sick…ugh 
Walked from the house to the mailbox.  Hooray!
Went to class.  Time: 6.5 hours…no skipping allowed

another rest day... foam rolled and stretched also listened to some chemistry nonsense


Sleep:
Ashley:  11:00pm-4:40am-got up and made tea with honey and lemon to stop coughing.  5:40am-8:00am 
Gerard:  11:00pm-7:40am (with me waking him up at 2:00am with my coughing, and Ajax howling at firetrucks at 5:30am)
