Monday January 17, Day 14


Meal Description
Ashley
Gerard
Breakfast/morning snack
-          2 eggs and 2 egg whites
-          2 tbsp salsa
-          2 pieces turkey bacon
-          Coffee
-          1 apple
-          4 eggs
-          3 pieces turkey bacon
-          1.5 oz almonds
-          coffee
Lunch
-          ¼ lb turkey burger
-          ½ avocado
-          2 tbsp salsa
-          1 cup broccoli/few pieces of pinapple
-          coffee
-          1 cup broccoli
-          9 oz baked chicken
-          Water
- Coke Zero (feel sick, this makes me feel better)
Snack
-          1 apple
-          Small bowl of chili
-          1 fried egg
-          1.5 oz almonds
-          cherries
Dinner
-          ½ cup veggies
-          3 oz chicken
-          Water

-          Chamomile tea with honey and lemon for cough – 10:30pm
-          8 oz chicken
-          1.5 cups veggies
-Honey because I like honey

Felt very tired, achy and physically drained…may be getting sick.
